Will high pressure damage my roof?+
We don't use high pressure on your roof — that's what does the damage. We use a low-pressure soft-wash and a specialised treatment that kills the mould and lichen at the root, so it stays gone for years.
How much does a roof clean cost on the Gold Coast?+
Most single-storey roofs are between $600 and $1,200 depending on size, pitch and condition. Double-storey and steep terracotta is a bit more. You'll get a fixed price in writing before we book anything in.
Will it void my Colorbond or solar warranty?+
No — we're compliant with BlueScope Colorbond cleaning guidelines and use pure-water gear on solar panels. We can supply the paperwork if your installer asks.
Do you really clean the gutters and solar panels for free?+
Yes — with every roof wash this month. You save around $650. It's already built into the quote you'll receive.
How long does a roof clean take?+
Single storey: usually 4-6 hours on site. Double storey: 6-10 hours. Some jobs take a second day if there's heavy lichen — we'll tell you upfront if that's the case.
Are you insured?+
$20 million public liability. Certificate emailed with your quote before we touch your place.
