Will pressure washing damage my paint or render?+
It would — that's why we don't use high pressure on the walls. We soft-wash: low pressure, mould-killing treatment, and a gentle rinse. Your paint, render and weatherboards are safe.
How much does a house wash cost on the Gold Coast?+
Most single-storey homes are $450-$800 depending on size and access. Double-storey $700-$1,400. You'll get a fixed price in writing before anything is booked in.
Do you really clean the exterior windows for free?+
Yes — with every house wash this month. Frames, sills and glass wiped down at the end of the job. That saves you around $400.
How long does a house wash take?+
Single storey: 3-5 hours. Double storey: 5-8 hours. Most jobs are same-day, in and out.
Will the mould come back?+
The treatment we use kills the spores, not just the surface stain — so results last years, not months. For coastal homes we recommend a wash every 12-18 months to stay on top of it.
Do I need to be home?+
No — as long as we have tap access and a rough plan of the property, you don't need to be there. We'll send you photos of the finish.
Are you insured?+
